This Contract is made and agreed upon by all members of the group, comprising six (6) members. It outlines the responsibilities, prohibited actions, and recommendations to ensure effective collaboration.

By signing this contract, all group members agree to adhere to the responsibilities, avoid prohibited actions, and strive to follow the recommendations stated above. Any violations may be addressed and resolved collectively by the group.

Responsibilities of a Group Member:

Rule 1: Meet deadlines.
Rule 2: Respect other members.
Rule 3: Work diligently.
Rule 4: Attend group meetings.

Prohibited Actions for a Group Member:

Rule 1: Being more than 20 minutes late (unless there is a valid reason).
Rule 2: Missing more than 3 group meetings.
Rule 3: Being noisy and disrupting group discussions.
Rule 4: Acting independently without group consensus.

Recommendations for a Group Member:

Rule 1: Support other members.
Rule 2: Offer constructive feedback.
Rule 3: Remind others about group deadlines.
Rule 4: Arrive on time for meetings.

Meeting Frequency: Once a week
Time: Thursday (8:30 AM – 10:00 AM); other days if members are available
Location: Self-study area at HCMUS (for discussions); Florita apartment complex (for video shooting)
Notification Method: Email
Minimum Notice: At least 24 hours in advance
Response Requirement: Members must reply to the notification email to confirm they have received and read it.
Follow-up for Non-Response: If a member does not reply to the meeting notification or any other email from the team leader/other members, they will receive a follow-up notification email.
